Vicky Goobow Gabi was not microchipped. The owner is a dear friend of mine, who lives near Rocky Mount. Gabi was visiting someone in Fayetteville when she disappeared. She was due to give birth the day she disappeared. The owner is heartbroken and devastated. Prayers for Gabi and her puppies.
