Isabella Marie Yes, she does meow like a kitten! 🥺 She's always been extremely friendly with people, so that does sound like her. She also has some cloudy looking spots on the side of her right eye. And the white on her back legs comes up a little higher on one side. Thank you, I hope it's her.

Hey!!! I see a cat like this in my neighborhood we feeds him /her I just fed her today ! Does she sound like a baby kitten when she meows ?? Next time I’ll get a picture!! She let me pet her/him as well
