DESCRIPTION
Jingle is a Siamese looking cat, but we believe he is Tonkinese. He has a dark face & ears, with grey/tan body, and blue eyes. He is very social with those he's comfortable with but can be a bit nervous around new people. He was also wearing a blue color with a fish-shaped name tag on and my phone number.
