MESSAGE FROM OWNER

My Kringle! He goes out all the time, with our other cat. They both go & always come back, every night. It's been 2 nights now. I'm afraid someone tried to take him in, as he's the most loving baby in the world... he's chipped & fixed, he's ours. You will know him because the broken hook in his tail, it was broken when we took him in as a kitten. He knows his name is Kringle, but he also answers to Baby Boy. Please help bring my baby boy home!! We live on Charles Avenue, off of Ellerslie, in Colonial Heights.

He is most likely close by. Ask neighbors to check sheds, crawl spaces, garages, under decks, and anywhere else he could be trapped or hiding. Put up flyers, post on PawBoost and NextDoor, and notify and visit animal control. Best of luck!

Please try these tips they have definitely helped others. Watch a tip video on youtube about how to find your lost cat, there are several. Post on Nextdoor. Also just heard about this site offering great useful tips so definitely check it out “lostcatfinder.com” Also, your kitty is probably not far away so the sooner the better, put out something of yours for scent, putting out the litter box is not recommended as it attracts unwanted critters that could possibly scare your cat off again, use your judgement . Look with flashlight early a.m. or late at night, calling and shaking food. That part is so important because those are the quiet hours and your cat would be more prone to coming out of hiding. put up flyers too. If you get any sightings use a trap, sometimes you can borrow from animal control or Amazon has them. I have recently heard some take smelly, oily fish (juice only) (sardines, tuna) and make a “smelly trail” around their house to help with scent. Dont give up too soon , i had one gone for weeks and as i was about to give up, and I found her. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 and shared. Also just heard someone used a trap with smelly food and got their cat back very quickly Good luck
