MESSAGE FROM OWNER

Millie is 16 years old and was adopted from the Pasadena Human Society when she was a kitten so she’s been with our family a long time. She’s very sweet and is very much a lap kitty; if anyone has a flt lap or is lying down, she’s there ready to curl up! We miss rubbing her fluffy belly. Thanks for any help you can give.

DESCRIPTION

Fluffy Calico, looks young because of her size but she’s a senior kitty. Sweet but shy. Has a large growth on her cheek not shown in the photo.

Contact the microchip registry if she's chipped (I hope) to report her missing. Be sure they have your contact information correct. Nextdoor and the Neighbors app (Ring) reach the largest number of your closest neighbors and beyond. Lostmykitty.com and Petharbor, like Pawboost, exist to get lost pets back home and have separate pages for LOST and FOUND pets, so a match often occurs. Maybe someone else can make the posts for you. Leaving something of yours or Millie's outside - a piece of unwashed clothing or a towel or blanket, a kitty bed or favorite toy - so she can detect the scent of home would help, also (just not a litter box; they attract every other neighborhood cat, which is not helpful). Millie is a gorgeous cat, and hope you'll have her back home and safe inside very soon. Best of luck.

Kim Tarner One more thing you can do is go to a Facebook group called LA underground cat rescue net work. It’s got a huge membership. Chances are there are community cat feeders in your neighborhood. They’re all over but they need to be discreet for a number of reasons. If you post your cat and ask any feeders if they have seen your cat show up at the feeder they would know. Most feeders have a real close track of who comes to their feeders. Cats have a way of finding food. It would be another avenue for you to investigate. I will continue to pray for the return of your Cat

Gorgeous 😍 cat. She probably wandered off. Leave a bowl 🥣 of dry cat food outside for her.
