He's my best friend, I wouldn't doubt if he came up to a stranger to be pet on the sidewalk. He's an indoor/outdoor cat that comes through our cat door. I've had him since he was a kitten.

DESCRIPTION

Black and white cat with stripes, long haired Manx so he doesn't have a tail. He has seizures and is on medication. He's extremely friendly and a huge cuddle bug.

Put out an old pair of owner's shoes for familiar scent attraction and food, water, a blanket of hers. At dusk go out with a flashlight and treats. Shake the treats and call your kitty. Look under houses, in garages, etc. Let neighbors know. Hopefully she is nearby.

I’m sorry that your kitty is missing. However, most lost cats stay within a 1-2 blocks of their home, hiding under cars, behind sheds, etc. He might even be hiding in your backyard. So, do this right away - open your back door, put canned food on the inside and call his name. Hopefully, he runs back inside. Also, social media is great, but some people are not on Facebook (specially the seniors). You need to reach out to people that live close to you. So, you should post in the Nextdoor and Ring app, and put up flyers on light poles, local businesses and in front of your house. Also, the best time to look for a lost cat is at NIGHT when it’s much quieter. Go for a walk around your neighborhood tonite (do not drive) Bring a flashlight, shake a bag of treats, call his name, listen for a meow, and watch for “glowing” eyes. Keep looking and don’t give up!!
