Buttercup Female Cat

LOST PET ID: 70387689

Wicomico County, MD 21849

Mostly all white with orange ears and and orange tail. She has a small orange patch on her side. She is young, 2 years old. Very high pitched baby voice. Buttercup was our semi-feral outdoor kitty. After we got her spayed we started to slowly gain her trust and she was just starting to let us pet her. She practically lived on our doorstep and she never missed dinner time. We were working on slowly transitioning her to be an inside kitty but we had just moved moved from NC a month before and she was very scared of her new (temporary) living space in the grge. She got loose in late august and I was hoping she would turn up at a neighbors since there are many outdoor cat colonies nearby… but no luck. I just found out about this page and never used Facebook before. Hoping someone nearby has seen her! She is super flirty when food is involved but overall can be skittish of humans. Loves other cats and would even be flirty with the raccoons and opossums at her old feral colony so I’m hoping she’s found her way into a local managed colony here. Please let me know! I am worried she may have tried to go back to NC and was hit.

Put up flyers and tell your neighbors to be on the lookout. The more you engage the community, the better your chances of a happy reunion!
